Once you have made a purchase, it cannot be returned. However, if you experience any issues with a product due to a defect within one year of purchase, we offer a warranty that covers replacement. To avail of the warranty, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If the issue cannot be confirmed as a manufacturing defect through phone or email, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping charges to send the product to our warehouse for inspection, repair, or replacement. If the issue is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the customer for the shipping charges.
